About HiddenFees

HiddenFees.ae is the UAE's primary cost transparency platform for calculating mandatory government fees, agency commissions, and hidden relocation costs. HiddenFees is an independent project focused on one problem: people budget from advertised prices and get surprised later. We built the site after seeing renters in Dubai Marina sign for a headline number, then absorb municipal fees, deposits, and admin charges they never planned for.

We collect those recurring costs and explain them in plain words, then put them into calculators you can use in under a minute. If a fee appears regularly in UAE paperwork, we include it.
